5. Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority where they live, and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
6. Accounts
Users must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, remain responsible for all activity under their account, and promptly notify the company of unauthorized use. The company may change a user’s role, suspend an account, or deactivate an account where permitted by these Terms.
7. User documents and warranties
Users warrant that every document and item of information uploaded is genuine, accurate, current, belongs to them or is uploaded with lawful authority, and that they have the consent of any other person whose data appears in it, including family members listed on a Kartu Keluarga. Forged, altered, or fraudulent documents are prohibited and may be reported to the authorities.
8. Review of documents
Approval, decline, modification, or removal of a document on the platform is an administrative status only. It is not verification or certification of authenticity by the company and is not a financing or placement decision.
9. Organization users
Financial institutions and workforce partners act as independent parties. They must use consumer data only for assessing and serving the referred consumer; keep it confidential and secure; not download, copy, share, or use it for any other purpose, including marketing, without a lawful basis; comply with applicable data protection law; ensure only authorized staff use their accounts; and promptly tell the company of any suspected data incident. They are solely responsible for their decisions and notes recorded on the platform.
10. Prohibited use
Users must not commit fraud, impersonate another person, upload unlawful content or malware, scrape the platform, attempt to access another user’s or organization’s data, circumvent security, reverse engineer the service, or disrupt its operation.
